Artist Statement

Light is the language of my paintings. Whether I am painting a tranquil coastline, vibrant florals, or an elegant interior, my goal is to create artwork that brings beauty, peace, and emotional connection into everyday life.

Inspired by the Caribbean

For more than three decades, my travels throughout the Caribbean have shaped both my life and my artistic vision. The brilliant light, turquoise water, tropical architecture, and lush botanical beauty continue to influence my paintings.

THE JOURNEY BEHIND THE PAINTINGS

Discovering the Caribbean

The Caribbean introduced me to extraordinary light, vivid color, and a slower rhythm of life that transformed the way I see the world.

A Life on the Water

Travel by boat revealed quiet harbors, tropical villages, and changing light that continue to inspire my paintings.

In the Studio

Memories become compositions where light, color, and atmosphere come together on canvas.

Collected Today

Those experiences now live on through paintings enjoyed in homes, corporations, and museum collections.
